CBSE Class 10 students in Lucknow found the Mathematics question paper lengthy and a bit difficult as well. But they are expected to get good marks.

Students of GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow said that the question paper was a bit long. The question paper was based on NCERT syllabus. According to Sankalp and Shreya the paper was lengthy and a bit difficult.
Shivansh Pant was expecting a full score but also admitted that the paper was a bit long. Shija, Anora, Kunal, Ayushmann, Satyam and Kaushiki are hoping for good marks.
Other students like Harshita and Ibtisam said that the paper was average and lengthy. Overall the paper has aptitude based content as expected.
Prince Raj, a student of Lucknow Public School, found the Mathematics question paper a bit difficult. “Section A was clunky, while other sections had slightly tougher questions and overall the paper was long. Though, I completed it on time, did not get proper revision time,” she said.
Aastha Bhat said that most of the questions were of the same pattern as those given in the sample paper issued by CBSE. “I completed it on time and also got enough time for revision,” he added.
“Some questions were very difficult for me but somehow I managed to solve them and completed the paper in time,” said Srijan. Ayush Sharma said, “The MCQ part was easy and section-B was also easy. However, there were some questions in section C and D which according to my understanding were a bit difficult and hence I was unable to solve them but overall the exam Has gone.” Good.”
Abhishek Dubey, Maths teacher, Lucknow Public School said, “According to my opinion, the Mathematics Basic question paper was a suitable mix of easy and moderate level questions. It was designed in such a way that it helps the child to remember, understand and will challenge the ability to use.” ,
The questions in Sections A and B were mostly based on direct application of formulas or definitions of certain concepts.
Section C and D had questions similar to those given in the sample paper released by the board. Section E was moderate.”
Overall the question paper was not very difficult and was as per the sample paper issued by CBSE. Students who have given time on CBSE Sample Paper and given its value points, they will surely get great benefit out of it.
He said, “Now, as far as the standard of Mathematics is concerned, the question paper really justifies the fact why it is said so.
Section A had some tricky questions which needed to be understood critically, while the rest were easy to solve. Section B and Section C consisted of questions from NCERT and Exemplars but demanded higher thinking skills.
Section D and Section E were again asked in a slight twist to maintain the overall balance of the paper. Besides, it was also a bit long.
*Overall the question paper was of moderate difficulty and contained some questions that required higher level thinking and an abstract problem solving approach. However, most of the questions were based on NCERT, examples or previous year questions.”
