UP Board has planned to conduct its Class 10 and Class 12 Exam-2024 in February 2024. This came to light after the board formally released its academic calendar for the session 2023-24 here on Friday.
Announcing the calendar, the board has directed that the students enrolled in schools recognized by the UP Board are encouraged to use and be aware of the products of their respective districts that have been designated and identified under the One District One Product (ODOP) scheme. should be done. of the State Government.
The calendar released by UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla states that by knowing and using the product under ODOP, students will learn to become self-reliant and employable.
Similarly, schools have been instructed to take students to various craft fairs organized in their respective districts and other districts so that students can get acquainted with the products of other districts as well.
The board has also directed that every student from class 9 to 12 be enrolled in the career guidance portal ‘Pankh’. By doing this the students will be able to take a decision to choose the career of their interest in future.
The board has said that the schools are instructed to use the email ID in their daily use learning process.
Famous Mathematician Ramanujam’s birthday will be celebrated on December 22 in all schools of UP Board, in which puzzles and other activities based on mental maths will be organized.
Similarly, teachers and school authorities have been asked to identify weak students after the first quarter examination held in May, following which these weak students should be guided throughout the year so that they appear in their respective high school and intermediate examinations. can score well.
Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla said that for better preparation of board exams, a portal named ‘Jigyasa on Call’ (Question on Call) will be started, where students will be able to get answers to their questions.
The academic calendar, a copy of which is with HT, mentions that class 12 pre-board practical exams should be completed by the second week of January 2024 and class 10 and 12 theory exams by the third week of January. 2024.
Class 9 and Class 11 annual exams will be conducted by the third week of January 2024 and the result will be declared by the second week of February 2024. The practical exam of UP board will be conducted from 21 January to 5 February 2024. ,
